The HDBID Board has selected urban design firm Carter-Burgess to develop a long-term design and usage master plan for the Horizon Drive District.  Carter-Burgess most recently designed current work on the I-70 at Horizon Drive beautifiacation and has also worked with the city on the "Riverside Parkway".  For further information on Carter-Burgess, click on link to the right on this page.

This process will provide a variety of ways for stakeholders to provide input.  Please check our website often for opportunities to participate in the planning process. The master plan process began in 2007.
