The Horizon Drive Business Improvement District represents Horizon Drive property owners.  Through voluntary taxing we: 

• Oversee capital improvements that beautify the I-70 gateway and corridor.
• Communicate and represent with City Council, and other governmental entities.
• Facilitate the development of district-wide master planning.
