DALE REECE, President
Dale Reece has been owner of Crossroads Fitness Centers for 22 years. With a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah, he worked with commercial and residential development since moving to the Grand Valley in 1977. President of the Horizon Drive Business Improvement District, Reece says, "A first impression is a lasting impression. The street appeal of the Horizon Drive gateway is very important. When people enter Grand Junction, they should get a true sense of this amazing community. We honor each other not only as individuals, but also as part of one great community."

MERV HEINECKE, Secretary
President and CEO of Extreme Construction and Development, Merv Heinecke began as a general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and energy-related work within a five-state area. Recently he opened an office in Mazatlan, Mexico. He is secretary of the Horizon Drive Business Improvement District. "Horizon Drive is truly the first impression of our city, says Heinecke. We should look for the opportunity to grow with the energy and technology community and make Horizon Drive a great place for new and existing business."

PAT DUNCAN, Treasurer
Patrick J. Duncan, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer of Rocky Mountain Health Plans. He received his Bachelors in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and has been a CPA since 1990. Currently Duncan serves on the Board of Directors of Hilltop Community Resources, Inc., and is treasurer of the Horizon Drive Business Improvement District. As he states, "We should work toward cultivating a desirable and esthetically pleasing business environment through collaboration with the city, water districts and business owners."

CLARK ATKINSON
Vice President of Shaw Construction, Clark Atkinson has a Bachelors in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Real Estate Development. Nationally, Atkinson has worked on projects ranging from urban downtown high-rises to historical renovation and civil/infrastructure projects. As a board member of the Horizon Drive Business Improvement District, he is committed to building community pride through the appreciation of place. Atkinson says, "We have great opportunities to enhance the image, quality and sustainability of the Horizon Drive place, creating healthy growth for our businesses and our community relationships."

CHUCK KELLER
Founder and senior partner of FCF Premium Finance, Chuck Keller graduated from the University of Colorado. Past president of both Colorado Kenworth and Grand Mesa Marine, Keller is currently president of Kelmine Corp, senior partner of Ceco Land Company, and partner of MCT Partners. As a board member of the Horizon Drive Business Improvement District, Keller hopes to contribute to the growth and vitality of this gateway to Grand Junction.

RICHARD TALLY
Owner of the Quality Inn and Good Pastures Restaurant in Grand Junction, Richard Tally is also the owner of the new Wine Country Inn in Palisade. He is a graduate of Baylor University, and has an MBA from Columbia University. Tally is a founding board member and past president of the Horizon Drive Business Improvement District. "Strategically located, Horizon Drive is truly the gateway to Grand Junction," says Tally. "It provides the main access to such areas as the airport, St. Mary's Hospital, and Mesa State College."
