Carter-Burgess was the firm contracted for the gateway project at I-70 and Horizon Drive.  Following their success with this project, they have also been selected to do a conceptual plan for streetscape improvements along the entire Horizon Drive corridor. 

     Carter-Burgess and the Horizon Drive Business Improvement District are now in the process of communicating with the city of Grand Junction to develop the plan.  Funding opportunities are also being investigated.
